I am really sorry for not having poisted anything for so long now, but I just have been traveling around and of course working out and keeping it as 'primal' as possible.

5 rounds of:
20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Air Squats

3 rounds of:
30 Air Squats with twist in the upper position
15 push ups
15 pull ups
