Here's another great workout by bodyrock.tv . I assume it's quite primal ;)


Part 1
6 rounds for time:
10 high knees
10 explosive push ups


Part 2
Perform the following exercises for 50 sec and rest 10 sec in between. Go trough the sequence twice. Your goal is to complete as many reps as possible.

1. Elevated Push Up with Knee Tuck
2.Step Up(left leg)
3.Step Up(right leg)
4.Reverse Knee Tuck

Part 3
6 round for time:
10 Mountain climbers (2 jumps=1rep)
10 Jump Lunges
